Porsche has ready its 911 GT3 R hybrid to the competencies of duration in 2012

The next year the German brand will be present at major championships with the development length made to its competency model based on 911.

The German constructor Porsche continues to invest in the development of innovative technologies in the sports racing. From Stuttgart last week announced that by 2012 it will return to the slopes with an improved and more advanced of the Porsche 911 GT3 R Hybrid version.

On the other hand it was learned that the Porsche 911 GT3 RSR for the season of 2012 which is now five centimetres wider at the rear and with almost 15 inches extra on the fenders front, will be again used by teams private Porsche, in various sports tournaments.

In 2012, Porsche will participate in: World Championship FIA duration, the American Le Mans series, the European Le Mans series, the International GT Open as well as in the 24 hours of Le Mans. In the U.S. alone, four new vehicles will be used by three different teams.
