The electrically powered, two-seat Beetle Speedster will redefine driving pleasure – with zero emissions, but with the sharpest proportions. Its world premiere celebrates the study in the North American International Auto Show in Detroit (09.01.2012-22.01.2012).

As it should be: Deep roof and flat washers

The E-Bugster is a Beetle, as it hardly could look more dynamic. Less than 1,400 meters high, which is about 90 millimeters less than the Beetle permanently closed. Even the E-Bugster works with its clean-cut proportions particularly powerful. The width of the E-Bugster grew by 30 millimeters to 1.838 meters, while the length is identical to that of 4.278 meters. The E-Bugster shows from any angle a unique dynamic. The VW Tiguan gets a little brother: Volkswagen presents the new Cross Coupe an SUV, the study of the future. Visually, the all-wheel drive plug-in hybrid vehicle with three motors shows the crossover from a four-door coupe and compact SUV that will also impress with a minimum consumption and sprinting power. Strong character, sculptural and dynamic is the Cross Coupe also for the future of Volkswagen SUV design. Its world premiere of the VW Cross Coupe unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show (03.12.2011 – 11.12.2011).

Design: The Volkswagen front end of tomorrow

Shaped the look of the Cross Coupe is the very long hood, a completely new front end design, moved far to the rear of the cabin passengers, in comparison to conventional SUV very flat window line. Now, the latest version of the VW Tiguan is available as a sportingly emphasized R Line. The launch of the dynamic version of the compact SUV will take place in Germany early 2012. The equipment of the Tiguan R-Line is based on version includes “Sport & Style” and both an exterior and an interior package.

The new head of the VW Passat now marks the equipment version “Exclusive”. This model uses variation – both saloon and estate – to a maximum exclusivity. Now Volkswagen is presenting the new Polo R-Line front, the end of 2011 comes on the market. It is the first time that Volkswagen Polo also derives from such a version. It’s decided: the VW e-up! with electric drive is brought from 2013 onwards in a production version on the market. A near-production study of small zero-emission cars are already looking ahead.
